The Wellcome Library is improving access to its collections online. The digitisation project behind this move is running up until 2011 and the Library is looking t increase access to the resources it looks after in the library and archive.
Other aims of the project include better meeting the needs and expectations of different audiences and providing better services to greatly expand research potential.
Digitised content will be searchable via the Library catalogue and Wellcome Images. Some projects will be undertaken in conjunction with partner organisations which will increase access potential through other websites and databases.
